My Xbox keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live..

Okay... so here's the problem as im sure im not the only one with it. I own an Xbox360 slim, and recently i just had internet installed through Atlantic Broadband at my apartment of which i share with two friends and room mates. Heres the problem, anytime
im on my xbox, Mainly Netflix my xbox will suddenly Disconnect and it is a pain to reconnect... Iv tried resetting the router and wifi box numerous times, logging out and back into the network, cleared my caches.. Im not sure what the problem is here?! Even
when one of my friends is on his PS3/Xbox 360 he does not have this problem, and its not the speed of the network, iv been monitoring the ping as well as the out and in traffic and nothing goes into the red too much even with all the devices running on the
network. Im stumped at this point because its only my xbox that does this, nothing else in our apartment suddenly disconnects from the internet and at this point it is kinda irritating... if someone would be able to help me or toss some suggestions out i would
appreciate it greatly, thanks!!

Unresponsive Xbox One

For some reason my Xbox keeps disconnecting from xbox live an controller keeps losing sync don't know what to do please help it does it randomly how to fix ?

Xbox keeps disconnecting me from xbox live every time I go on a game. I don't know whats going on but it keeps disconnecting me and the if I go back on xbox home it reconnects me again.

I'm having the EXACT same problem with my XBox 360S and it's VERY frustrating. It's been going on for days now. I can't play multiplayer games and I can't watch netflix or anything else for any length of time without disconnecting for no reason. All other
devices on my network maintain internet access, so I know it's not my modem, router, or network. It's ONLY the XBox 360S and XBox Live. It doesn't make a difference whether or not I'm wired or wireless, it still just drops connection to Live and brings everything
to a halt. I'm not going to post too much further into this thread because I'm not looking to hijack it away from ExitWound, but I've tried all the troubleshooting steps I can think of, including the ones in the suggested thread. Whatever the problem is, it's
on Microsoft's end....

Sorry to know that you keep on disconnecting from your Xbox Live account. For your concern, please go to account.live.com and select Security and Password, please update your security setting by adding alternate email address and password. Once done, delete
your profile from your console, clear system cache and redownload your profile.

Please go to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Profile > Select the Profile > Delete > Delete Profile Only. (deleting profile)

Please go to Settings > System > Storage > (Highlight hard drive) Press Y > Clear System Cache (clear system cache)

Please press the dashboard button (Xbox button) on your controller and select download profile. (redownload profile)
