    My xbox keeps disconnecting from the internet


    Yesterday my xbox started disconnecting from the wifi and wont stay connected for long periods of time. My service provider said it was fine but it keeps doing it and at certain points it wont connect at all. I can still connect and watch Netflix but i
    cant play games or join parties. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

    Hello! If possible try to connect by cable and do the same procedures you are doing when the console disconnects from the internet. If it persists, try cleaning the cache and restart the console.

    This sounds like your network connection to ISP is failing and not necessarily the console.

    Get your ISP to check connection to your house.

    If you're using wireless (wifi) to connect to your network hardware try a wired ethernet connection instead or vice versa.
