    My Xbox Keeps Crashing


    My Xbox has been crashing, we have tried to factory reset it and it just turns off. When we turn it back on it takes us to a troubleshoot problem screen where we can restart or factory reset it. We have tried to restart it but it takes us to the same screen.
    It won’t let us factory reset or restart the Xbox, what do I do?
