My Xbox keeps crashing on me

This two pass days i been playing black ops 4 but everytime i finish a match the game crashes n everything i unlocked goes away. I want to keep playing n gets does camos but idk how can i if i cant if it crashes on me. Please help

Xbox one x keeps crashing!?

My Xbox one x keeps crashing, a month after I bought it. It worked kind of fine but it keep crashing after a few matches. But now it crashes if I even try to launch a game. Please help!

 

Sorry to hear it. First, please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds to see if that improves the problem.

If it does not then do a factory reset on the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them and your saves are safe on the Cloud.

If all else fails and you still experience this issue your console may need a repair. You can set this up at

Is your system software up to date?

If i do this what will happen to all my game process would i still have everything i unlock in games?

 

When i get home i will check if its up ro date. You this happen bcuz my game that im trying to play is a digital copy?

soft factory reset does not affect the games that an account owns. The soft factory reset will keep all games and applications installed on the console. It will remove all profiles from the console. We recommend making
sure the email addresses and passwords for those accounts are known. Your saved data for those games is uploaded to the Xbox cloud. Once the account is downloaded back to the console, the saved data and licenses for those games will be recovered. There is
