My xbox keeps crashing and freezing

This started with just my pro2018. Then i thought it was the game because i could play other games on it. I got pro2019 and it continued. I could hardly finish a full 90 minute game. I did not want to believe it could be the console because this was a
brand new console. I have always bought 2nd hand consoles and never had an issue. So i never thought i would have a problem with a new one. I have tried all the trouble shooting tips without success. I will now try a factory reset and if this does not work
then i’ll give up.

So this is happening with every single game you try to play? How long has it been going on for? And just curious, have you already tried doing a hard reset/power cycle? If so and it's been doing it for a while, you may need to look into getting it professionally
serviced, sad to say.
