My xbox just won't do anything

I’d contact Microsoft support, sounds like ya may need to send it in?

Eventually it let me do a reset and that seems to have worked.

looking up your error code, it seems that the freezing may be due to an issue with the XBL service, the app or game installation, or an issue with your profile. I would sign out of any profile, and remove all profiles on your console, via Settings > Manage
Profiles. More on the process,

See how your console operates, without anything, and then add one account back at a time. Please make sure that you know your sign in credentials.

As a last resort, I would recommend a master reset. There may be an issue with the hard drive, or it may have developed corrupted system files, which might be the root cause of these issues. Please take a look at

this Xbox Support page, as it may provide other methods to perform a master reset, that you haven't tried.

Xbox one won't let me sign in at all on any profiles at all and it doesn't pop up any errors and when I click on my account to sign in it won't do anything it just goes back to the home and won't sign in.
