My Xbox just randomly disconnects to my wifi

Hello, I've been having an issue with my Xbox where it just randomly disconnects to my wifi, around 3 times every 2 minutes and occasionally it signs me out of my account. One tried things like turning my router off and on, re-downloading my account, checking
for updates and even a system restore but nothing. Plus, my controllers don't connect wirelessly to the console no matter what i do. So if y'all peeps can help me out that would be great.

P.S I'm gonna replace my wifi board to see if that fixes the issue

I just tried to turn of the cellular and the wifi on my phone. Still keeps disconnecting and reconnecting randomly

I agree with this. If my partner is using her laptop and her phone in the same room as me my connection plays up from time to time.

Also try and keep your mobile away from your xbox as this can sometimes cause interference

How do i stop the interference? Plus whenever i test my internet connection on my Xbox it says something about restarting my wireless hardware as it may not be functioning properly.

So things like a smart TV? Interesting, I'll try it. Oh and, anything info about the controllers as i really wanna use them wirelessly but for some reason my Xbox won't pick up the wireless signal of my controller

I had something similar a few years ago and it turned out the issue was signal interference from the flat downstairs. When they moved out suddenly cleared up
