My Xbox it won’t come back on at all what do I need to do

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that your console is directly plugged into the wall socket and not on a power surge/strip.

Make sure that there is also no external hard drive/expansion card plugged in to your console because a corrupted drive may cause these issues as well.

Lastly, reset your console’s internal power supply:

“ 1. Unplug the power cord from the console.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button on the front of the console.”

I'd turn on my Xbox and I'd play BF. When the game loads all my stats are 0. I'll dashboard and come back and they're all back to what I had. But, now when I dashboard my stats do not come back. Anyone else agree with the above? That is what it is?

Kindly check first if you have enough space for the update on your hard drive.

If your console has enough space, please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:



Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.



Solution 2: Do a factory reset



1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

Now I finished downloading everything except Forza Horizon 2 and for some weird reason no matter how hard I try to get it to show up in queue it won’t. I don’t know whats going on with this, and I keep putting and taking out the disc to get it to work like my other games I had issues with and it still won’t pop up on my Xbox in queue. Do I need to do the same as above?

It might come with a future update, who knows. Ranting won’t help at all however, a suggestion might do it
