    My Xbox isnt working


    My xbox one s is not working as the controllers think the console is on when switched off. We have tryed resetting it and everything were unable to open the xbox up also. We refuse to do a factory reset as i have spent thousands on Xbox systems.

    Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. As there is an upcoming issue for updates. We recommend to just wait a while and see if anything changes. If any changes I will update you here. You can also keep an eye out on the service alert status if it keeps growing
