    My Xbox isn't showing on the screen. Microsoft Support isn't working.


    The Xbox won't show on the screen. When attempting to boot in low resolution mode, as per the troubleshooter, it turns itself off.

    It keeps telling me to speak to an agent. This feature keeps saying to try again later.

    When speaking to an Expert Gamer, they tried to get me to contact Microsoft but this doesn't work as stated.

    When trying to process my Xbox to be serviced as it is under warranty it says to try again later.

    I can't call anyone because the only number insists you use their callback feature which isn't working.

    Just really want to talk to an actual agent and get my Xbox fixed. No troubleshooting works to reiterate.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience, we understand that you are having issues with your Xbox Console not displaying anything to your TV screen. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

    To better isolate the issue, we will be asking for few things:

    1. May we know what console are you referring to?
    2. May we know if this is working before and was not displaying after recent update to the console? Or is this the first time setting up to a new screen?
    3. Did you receive any error message or code upon setting up or does it displays or shows nothing on screen?
    4. May we know if you have tried to perform the suggestions of PhoenixTheFwuff?

    This may be a very large bug going on with your Xbox. You can try reporting it at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-profile/manage-account/report-a-problem-app-tou . If that doesn't help, you may need to change the input settings on your TV (If you use a TV as your main screen). The last thing I can recommend is plugging it up to a different screen, or restarting it a one or two times. I'm not so sure on what's going on there, but at least try a few of these techniques listed above.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    You can also try a different HDMI port on the TV.
