    My Xbox isn't recognizing my gold membership on xbox 360?


    I have paid for a years worth and it works fine on the xbox one, but when I try to play on my 360 it says I have silver membership. This bars me from all multiplayer connections. I have tried turning the system completely off and on again and redownloading
    the profile, but nothing seemed to work. Anyone know how to fix this?

    Why wont my Xbox rewards recognize my Gold status

    I have a 12 month Xbox Live Gold Membership account. Why isn't my reward recognizing the live account? It is giving me only 5% for my purchases when I should be receiving 10%. How do I get it to recognize my gold and how do I get the rewards that it is
    not providing me that it should?

    Do you share the One with anyone else? If the gold is actually on their account you may be accessing that on the One so you would need your own subscription for the 360.

    If not, try checking Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it does show the subscription on your account. Then contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:
