My Xbox isn't recognize that Xbox good was paid

If you go to 'Settings - Account - Subscriptions' on your console, you'll be able to confirm whether or not your subscription is active.

Like the previous agent mentioned before (above), after you pay for your subscription.. you sometimes need to power cycle your console to
activate your subscription.

I would also suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing that issue.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Check at https://account.mircosoft.com/services to ensure that your Live Gold is active. You may need to remove your account from the console and do a full power cycle,
by pressing and holding the console power button till it fully shuts down. Wait 30 seconds, then power back on and add your account back on.

Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

—My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.
