    My xbox isn't downloading disks.


    When I put my new copy of rainbow six into the xbox, it didn't make any effort to start installing. I thought this was just the disk, but when I tried to download GTA V (on disk) it repeated the same error. Can somebody please help me please?

    Skyim Infinite Load -- No suggestions have worked!

    I try downloading it to my harddrive (I have the disk) and the install says disk error at 99%. This isn't a scratch or disk issue because I have read that others who have tried this get the same error.

    Hey there, FunnyMan!

    I'm sorry to see any issues downloading games! At the time of your posting this, we did have a service alert for downloading games and that could have impacted your ability to do so. If you're still having issues, though, have you considered yelling at the
    console? It might need that authoritative voice to give it the push it needs. My xbox isn't downloading disks. ;)

    OK so if I understand ... I will remove the Physical disk copy off the home xbox and install it on one of the other ones ... then purchase the digital download onto my home box and transfer that to the box that isn't using the physical disk ... ?
