    My Xbox is wired into the Internet. When i test Network connection it says that it is connected and good. When he tries to play a game it says he is offline. What is going on? I have Rebooted the router and the Xbox. Is something wrong with the Xbox?

    Connecting to Xbox LIVE

    These last couple of posts have had to do with my roommate's Xbox. Everything worked great but now that I have my own I'm having more problems.

    Internet connection sharing works great on his. When I connect to Live on his Xbox it shows up as a wired network. When I used the same setup with my new Xbox it won't pick up the wired network. I tried running the PC connection test and all it says is "PC
    not listed." Any suggestions?

    Same here, I still have an issue. When Testing the Xbox LIVE connection, Network and Internet show as Connected, but Xbox LIVE shows as failed. This happens with both wifi and a wired connection. Everything else, from my pc to my PS3, connect without any

    I am also unable to connect via wifi or wired. I already reset my router and modem. Reset the network connections to factory default and set up everything again. Test on the xbox shows I can connect to my network and Internet but not Xbox Live.

    I have an xbox one right next to mine that is working perfectly fine. I've had my xbox here before and had no issues with the network. It says I'm online when I test connection but when I test multiplayer connection it says "can't finish multiplayer test"
    The system is extremely laggy and unresponsive at times. Have it wired and it still shows a wifi connection
