My xbox is very slow en making leggy sounds

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

It sounds like you're issue is slow downloads or slow logins which can often indicate an issue connecting to the servers. I'd suggestion running through the connection troubleshooting available on the support website to make sure your connection is set

try the following steps. (Keep in mind that these steps will require you to know your account credentials to perform these steps)

1. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

2. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:

3. Turn the console off.

4. Wait 60 seconds and disconnect the console from power for at least another 60 seconds

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 1.)

Try to turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console!

Then, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

Also, It would be great if you can delete the local save of the game.

If the issue persists, try to soft reset the console!
