    My Xbox is Unresponsive


    My Xbox turns on, but after that nothing. It doesn't respond to a plugged in controller or voice commands. The only thing I seem to be able to do is turn off the Xbox or whatever controller is connected. I don't think there is anything I can do from my end.

    My Xbox home screen in unresponsive. System really slow. Can't see if there is an update or what. Going to hard reset.

    Why is this coz its realy annoying !

    RIP decent Xbox forums. At least my 360 console is still going strong, albeit with an extremely slow and unresponsive user interface.

    My Xbox is Unresponsive

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
    the results.

    If that doesn't work you might want to try a factory reset using the option to keep your games/apps. Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults
