My xbox is stuffed and i cant get a refund

my xbox keeps deleting games and turning off i cant install anything

how do i cancel my xbox live account

ive stuffed up my account by putting two xbox live accounts onto one microsoft account and deleted one of them from my xbox and now cant move the other one to a new one

i pre-ordered recently star wars battlefront 2 and now the game isn't even one month old and the pre-order 2 months and 1 day old and i cant get a refund while the game has issues it didn't had before as we all know.....

So i have tried chat support couldn't get a refund he said because he wasn't permissioned and that you cant get refunds?

So by here my question can you get refunds?

And so yes can i get one because i really don't like the game!!
