    My Xbox is stuck on 66% after having to hard reset after getting the green screen of death


    I had to factory reset my Xbox after it crashing and not working. I got the screen of death and it no longer would go any further. I tried to fix this for a week until I finally got to the troubleshooting thing from holding the bind key and eject button.
    The only option it would give me was to factory reset so I did It and i am stuck a thing 66% on the preparing console screen

    error code e106

    My xbox was getting the green screen of death so I decided to factory reset it. When I do it, it gets stuck on 66% and says something went wrong and gives me the error code E106 00000002 8007001f. I tried looking up error code E106 but I couldn't find anything

    After doing the hard reset I'm stuck on the green Xbox logo screen once I launched my xb1 again

    I have just experienced the same issue. My Xbox crashed in the middle of an update and now after the green boot up screen I get the black screen of death. I've tried soft and hard reboots and after holding down the sync and eject button I am now stuck in low resolution black screen of death.

    Not sure what I'm supposed to do and now my sons and I are without a gaming machine.

    Same exact trouble here - stuck on 66% for hours. We did the power down, unplugging the power and then resetting it. It gets stuck on the Xbox one green screen... Looking at resetting to factory defaults. Kind of scared to do this!
