my xbox is stuck at 50% after factory resetting

Sorry to hear you are running into these startup issues with your Xbox One console.

If the console is stuck on the update I would advise that you try and perform an Offline System update. you can always find the steps for this through the following support article.

If you are unable to perform an offline system update then you would have to service the console to get the issue resolved. You can always register and set up the repair order through the

Device Support Website.

• Try a power cycle
• How are you connected to the internet? Wifi or Wired? If able, try completing the installation with a wired connection. You may also want to restart your modem (even if your internet is working fine on other devices, this sometimes helps )
• Have you already try to do the factory reset again?

If you were able to perform the
OUS1 steps as outline in Scrtch's YouTube video and you still can't get your Xbox running again. Then, I regret to say that you will probably need to send the Xbox in for "Device repair"

OSU1 . Just click on "I NEED TO UPDATE MY CONSOLE OFFLINE" at the same webpage and follow that step-by-step guide to do a complete system update. Also, Xbox Ambassador Scrtch has a very good YouTube video on how to do an OUS1 at Scratch Plays. Just search
for "Fix Xbox Stuck on Green Loading Screen".
