My Xbox is stuck again in the update screen

Xbox one is stuck at 66% applying update I turned on my xbox and it said it was applying update. It went from 30% up to 66% and then just stopped and stayed there for a couple hours without any progress so I did a hard reset and turned it back on. It
brought up back to applying update screen and went from 40% to 41 then 42 then jumped to 66% and it won't go any farther. I've hard reset four times and it's the same thing every time.

I've done the factory reset 6 times in the past 6 months.

Every month I get this update every month I have to reset. I need a Real solution.

ive had this issue tonight and mine was getting stuck at step 2 1%, ive spoke online and the best thing to do

Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

This is ridiculous. My XBOX One was stuck on 66% while applying the online update for hours. I decided to shut it off and cross my fingers. No luck. I got stuck on the loading screen. I have now tried a offline USB update and it is again stuck at 66%. Having
to do a factory reset is not a solution Microsoft. Please don't ignore this issue Microsoft.

it starts up at the applying update screen and my xbox restarts back to the applying update screen. Its basically stuck in a loop

My xbox one is also going to the green screen then goes to a blank black screen.... I'm thinking they botched this new update.... I've tried doing the update restore through the diagnostic tool, but I cant get the xbox to recognize I'm holding the bind and
eject when powering on, it just doesn't start to boot until I release them. then stuck at screen again.

Maybe they didn't have the latest updated OSUDT2 system files online. Then again, trying the factory restore file wasn't working either.....
