Yes, this was the page i meant! I have tried the offline system update again tonight to amuse your thoughts but its now got a new problem!

The new problem is that eveytime it turns on, its applying the update from 33% again but it reboots as soon as it gets to 66%! Any other ideas? As theres no way im sending it to Germany for a month again!

Well thats not the answer i want at all! This is a new console diego and to be honest, i dont think it is anything to do with the power supply because when it powers down, it does it slowly. E.G the queued files stopped downloading then the home screen is
no longer accessible as it is just a black screen but theres still sound and then it shuts off.

Another reason i know it wasnt the power supply is because initially after the repair, my console was plugged into the wall. I only moved it out of the living room once it broke, it then had to be plugged into an extension while i attmepted repairs.

I am not sending it back off, i think its now only fair that microsoft replace this console now! I sent it off already and gave you a full month to fix it and test it and it still didnt work! Im not just going to keep sending my console off so you can “fix”
it and send it back to me so i can send it back to you! the retailer i bought it from said that you will replace it if you couldnt fix it first time which you havent!

Im still covered by the post repair warranty, the manufacturers warranty and the tech support plan! I have also found another help topic that compalins about a console restarting at 66% constantly so im not listening to “its my fault”. Please offer a better
solution Diego, i will be calling support tomorrow and wont put down the phone until they agree to swap my console . I want to use my christmas present now please, not in another months time.

I honestly thought you’d fixed it with the mains plug solution but nope, came home from work and had to do everything again and again and again for it to not even work! I eventually got it to work again and finally got to play kingdom hearts! Then it has
just cut out on me again! Im really sick of spending my entire evenings fixing this console which should have been fixed or replaced when i sent it to germany! What is your solution now?
