My Xbox is now unplayable, help me

This could be becasue of many factors before i would do a complete reset wipe i would try to to a soft reset and some basic maintanace befor i would do all that. Is there any other info you could tell us that you might have overlooked. Like i dropped something
on the xbox its upside down etc you would be suprised what people do to their xboxes and dont relay that information. Just checking

Hello Im not sure why but it happens at times I've even went through it. For me I unplugged my console for a while let the power die out, then replugged it after a while. I tried to add the profile back. Sometimes it will go straight through and let me
add and other times it would make me wait another day to add. Its some sort of glitch it goes through at times. Just be a little patient till all work out.

Maybe its because of a tragedy that happened with your xbox? It fell on the ground or some liquid got into it if thats the case then its a hardware problem.

Si su perfil no inicia una sesión muy frecuente, inicie sesión desde la página de Microsoft y verifique que inicie sesión.
