My Xbox is now in Chinese and I can't do anything to change

Unfortunately Chinese Xbox Ones are region locked so they can't be changed.

Anjina2311, I'm sending this because it clearly states that you can't do what you're trying to do, creating a Chinese account won't allow you to use this game in Chinese since your connection region is outside of Chinese territory. And changing the region to try to evade a restriction will result in the consequences indicated in the Microsoft Terms of Service.

Xbox consoles sold in the Chinese market are different to all other Xbox consoles, you can blame the Chinese Communist Party for that. The Chinese Xbox consoles are only meant for Chinese citizens which is why it is now asking you for Identification. Chinese
Xbox consoles can not change the regional settings as far as I'm aware.

I bought some games correctly before, but recently I can't. Maybe it is because that Xbox one is going to China and MS restrict Chinese IP to protect Chinese x1 selling.

what a pitty. I don't want to buy x1, especially chinese x1(can't play other region's games). I cancelled xbox live gold member, there is no point of being gold member now that can't buy games.

I want to move my xbox live account region to Hong Kong(Traditional Chinese), but it shows "There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try
again later." I can't find any reason from the support page, no changed country/regions within the last three months, my
account isn't suspended and I didn't have any balance due on my Xbox subscription I guess.
