    My Xbox Is not working in multiple ways and I don’t know how to contact a real worker from Xbox


    My xbox is having so many problems and i really need to get in contact with someone from xbox but i cant and dont know how, to give a summary of my problems. First the green screen that first loads when turning on the xbox is taking up to 20 mins however
    after that various things sometimes happen, the most common event after the green screen is it turns grey and rather stays grey forever or turns of by itself, sometimes after the green screen it actually loads however everything is super slow, ill have to
    wait 10 mins just so i can actually login then once ive logged in if i press any game it says it is taking too long to load, i have no clue what i should do, whether my xbox is just finished or there is something i can do about it.

    Xbox services are having many problems right now; it's not just you. It's very highly likely not a problem on your end. It's an issue on Xbox's end. There are many, many posts about this issue with various services not working, or downloads getting to
    a certain percentage and then just stopping, right now. This is (in my opinion) due to so many people staying home right now and overwhelming the Xbox servers and services. Xbox has been having problems with several different core services being up and down
    and not working properly for the last 1-2 weeks, and it's still ongoing as they try to deal with the high number of users on Xbox right now, as work places and schools are closed. So just rest assured, it's not just you. And it's not anything you may be able
    to fix. Just keep trying, and hopefully this problem will be fixed very soon and all services will work normally for everyone again.

    This isn’t helpful. I bought multiple HID joysticks and they don’t work with the XAC on the Xbox. The PDP one handed worker for me, but mine broke. No my xbox is a paperweight $20 part, because you still advertise, but don’t sell my Xbox Is a paperweight. Xbox should care about its gamers enough to make sure the peripherals needed to make their tech work, doesn’t vanish without another option. Microsoft failed a billion people with this one.

    My apologies for being unhelpful....my understanding, from reading from various places across the internet, was that as long as it was a HID Complaint device, then it should work. I have removed the offending post as well as the others in case they contain incorrect information as well
