    my xbox is not turning on and if it turns on it crashes when i load into a game


    my xbox has to be turned on at least 20-30 times before it starts up even after that when i try to load it im greeted with a black screen after the xbox transition is finished or when i load up a game it crashes 5 to 10 minutes after. anyone got any solutions?

    Sounds like you may have a ventilation issue if the xbox crashes. Have a look at this support page, Position and ventilate console.

    Check the ventilation holes on the sides and clean them of any dust that may be preventing airflow in and around the console.

    Only certain games work on my Xbox Series X. Ongoing for awhile now.

    I have similar issue with the games fortnite, Apex, warzone, borderlands. It crashes at loading screen when I press "A" to continue. It freezes and ten go to dashboard or Xbox turns off. I couldnt find solutions. My Xbox is out of warranty :(

    For real this sucks. Best game of the year and I can't even play. App insta crashes when it gets to the first all black screen. Loading wheel does a half a turn, then stops. Followed by app crash.

    If you have the game disc auto-load turned on that may be the problem, you are loading an application at the same time a game is attempting to run and it causes a crash.

    Try turning off the auto-load/run feature for disc based games.
