My xbox is not really working

1. Please make sure that your Windows 10 is up to date. You can check for updates by going to

• Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  
• On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available.
  
• Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.
  
• Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.
  
• Check for Microsoft Store Update: Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the three dots in the top-right corner, select Downloads and updates, click on Get updates. This will check for updates and install them if any are available.
  

2. Delete Gaming Services and Reinstall:

• Open the Start Menu, type in powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
  
• In the PowerShell window, type the following command and press Enter.
  
• get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
  
• This command will remove the Gaming Services app from all user accounts.
  
  Reinstall Gaming Services
  
• Open the Microsoft Store app.
  
• Search for Gaming Services in the search bar.
  
• Click on Gaming Services in the search results to go to its page.
  
• Click on Install to reinstall Gaming Services.
  

Please note that you might need to restart your PC after these steps. If you continue to experience issues, you may want to consider resetting the Microsoft Store cache.

• Reset the Windows Store Cache by pressing the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

Hey guys again my Ethernet cord works but every now and then it will disconnect from the internet and I'll have to restart my xbox. It's really annoiing. And I really need my wireless connection to work again . I'm not sure if it's from Time Warner Cable
or my xbox. Let me know ASAP I'm getting really mad at Xbox with this connection crap

i have put my Xbox on WIFI and it works well now... really strange. maybe my ethernet cable is not working well
