    not letting me add prepaid card

    can anyone help me. I am trying to add a credit card on my account so I can purchase onslaught 4 cod ghosts but its not letting me put the card on there. every time I try to add a card, it says that I cant be connected to xbox and it says that there might
    be something wrong with my contact info but the address on the card matches the one on my xbox. idk y it wont work. I've tried everything. what should I do?

    Theres nothing wrong with my credit card information, there is money on the card and this has worked before and every month it buys xbox live gold automatically. I bought 2000 microsoft points and 10 seconds later I couldn't buy either 2000,1000 or 500 microsoft
    points.. Something has to be wrong with xbox live coz I'm not the only one with this problem.

    I also have the same problem.

    I tried to purchase points and magic 2012. After many tries, it seemed to let me purchase points, but then it never updated my points total. After a few tries at purchasing magic 2012, it let me purchase it, but it didn't let me install it. Xbox live
    says that my paypal account is not valid, but my paypal account was already charged for the points. My xbox account also says that magic 2012 was purchased, but I can't install the game.

    When I try to purchase points via xbox.com, it says that my paypal account is not valid. When I try to add a credit card, it says that my credit card number is invalid.

    Is there something wrong with xbox live right now?
