My xbox is not letting me to buy somethin in my account

I found that option recently and plan to post as soon as my new Reddit account let's me.

There has to be somethin out there with a mic and speaker option that can connect to Xbox Series X usb or 3.5mm ports. Maybe someone knows about a wired bone conduction headset....

I tried doing what you said buying on the website but it still doesn’t work,nothing works so I’m gonna try waiting 24 hours and if that doesn’t work I just don’t know anymore

Please perform these possible solutions

1. Remove the card you are trying to use, then re-add it and try again.

2. Add another card and try the purchase again.

3. Try a different payment method than the one they have in the account (You can associate your card to Paypal).

4. Try the purchase from a browser (for example, from this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/brawlhalla-34...)

5. Try the purchase from another device (cell phone, console and PC).

If that does not work try 24 hours after the last purchase attempt, if the problems continue, contact your bank, it is possible that the payment method is being blocked or purchase a digital prepaid code with one of the authorized distributors.
