    I'm trying to install the game and it doesn't work I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it the game doesn't work I hard reset my console the game still doesn't work then the last thing I did is delete my saved data and it didn't work

    I am very sorry that you are experiencing this error.

    I will suggest that you do a procedure on your console, it will not delete any games you have on your console, however it will require you to enter your accounts again on your console.

    Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

    Select Profile & System > Settings > System > Console Information.

    Select Reset Console.

    On the Restore console? screen, you will see three options:

    Choose the option Restore and keep my games and apps.

    After the procedure see if the problem has been fixed.

    I see i gone through order history and i see that i do own both windows 10 and xbox one minecraft yet when i install it from my owned games on my computer it says i have to buy the game straight after it's installed.

    Hi!

    I found the solution to my problem. Apparently FH4 was installed by my friend when he owned that laptop. Because I was logged in with my own xbox account on the xbox app, it used my xbox account to run the game. So yeah, I assumed the physical version was
    also play-anywhere, but it was just a coincidence that I was logged in with the xbox account.

    Sorry for bothering you! It was my mistake for not remembering I didn't install the game myself.
