My Xbox is not connecting to the internet.

My xbox connects to the network but fails to connect to the internet. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and procedure on the xbox support page but nothing works. Please help.

My xbox 360 is not connecting to xbox live. It's connecting to internet but not to the xbox live. No error codes are being displayed

thanks, but that is for when my xbox is connecting to the internet but not xbox live and my xbox wont connect to the internet either

The error code you're receiving is an internet error code. We have a support article that can help with the
8007-2751 error. Give the steps a shot there to see if they help out.

There are two other articles that can also help you out. The first one is the
Xbox 360 Connection Error Solution page. This should help you if you go through each step (if you haven't already) to get a full connection. The second one is the

Xbox 360 Random Disconnection Solution page. The 8007-2751 error generally appears when the connection isn't good enough with your ISP, and some bits of information are being dropped while it's transferring. I also see that you are wireless (based on the
information you've provided me). I highly suggested connecting to your Nighthawk with a wired connection for the best experience on your Xbox 360.

Give all this a shot and let me know how it goes.

 

I'm having an issue with my connection as well and I'm not sure how to get help, its a random issue that occurs every week or so and will last for about a week. The Issue is that on my xbox 360, I'll play a game and every 15 minutes or so I'll lose connection
for about a minute and the it'l reconnect shortly after. when the connection problem occurs it first removes me from the online games i'll play, then moments later it'l say I've lost connection to xbox live. repeats every time all night for days. on the xbox
one its a similar issue which only happens when the xbox 360 is having the problem I mentioned but it will only lag me out of the xbox party and game without losing connection to xbox live. So this is a connected issue with my 360. My 360 is wired and my xbox
one is wireless so it may not be the connection type. Its a randomly occuring issue that appears and disappears so im not sure whether it is the router or the ISP. I dont think its the actual devices, can anyone help

 

Thanks Misses Quinzel! I think I know what my problem is, could it that because I just used up the total gigabytes in my internet plan its not working? And btw, I already tried a wired connection, no good.

AsteroidInk7387 - It could definitely be that! I would contact your ISP to see if that's the case. Here in the US, ISPs generally just charge extra on a bill, but to avoid interruptions they continue providing internet. Yours very well could have just
cut your internet once you hit your cap. Let me know what they say!

 

Misses Quinzel, I renewed and bumped up my package to a 100 GB but the same 8007-2751 error occurs... What do I do?

It does look like you are still wireless. Can you try a wired connection for me, please? It's likely that the wireless strength might not be strong enough for the console and that's what's causing this error to happen.
