    My xbox is not connecting to my wifi


    I am in the start up menu or whatever it is called and I am setting up my new Xbox series c I bought but whenever I set up my wifi it just doesn’t work, whenever I try connecting it with my Xbox app it tells me “Make sure the code you entered matches the code to your TV. Then try again.” But no matter how many times I try it just doesn’t work.

    Same problem here. My new xbox 360s connects to my network via internal wifi but it will not connect to xbox live. Everything else in the house connects fine. My xbox even connects when I plug in the old Adapter( from my last xbox) meaning the issue is with
    the internal wifi. This is one reason I bought a new xbox slim(internal wifi) this is BS!

    Hi Supermann3324! I had the same problem once.I couldnt connect my Xbox thru my WiFi,but it would connect when I used the ethernet cable.What I did was uninstall my Wifi router reinstalled,set a password and I was able to connect my Xbox thru my WiFi router
