Hi Christopher, my name is Joel, I'm here to help you with any problems or questions you may have.

Christopher, I understand the problem you present and that this has now begun to occur on any TV in which you connect your console, so everything would point to a failure in the graphics card but to rule out try to perform the procedure below

- Unplug your TV from the console and power for at least 2 minutes.

Turn off the console and then unplug the power cord to make sure the console is completely turned off.

- Wait 1 minute

- Reconnect the power cord.

- Press and hold the BIND button (used to sync controllers on the console) and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

- Continue pressing the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

- I should listen to two ignition tones a couple of seconds apart.

Note: If you do not hear two ignition tones after 15 seconds, it means that this failed. Similarly, if you hear a screeching of "off", that also means that this failed.

- You must release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power tone.

- The console should start and show the problem resolution screen.

The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition and Xbox Series S does not have an EJECT button. On this console you only need to hold the BIND button, and then press the Xbox button

Your console should display the troubleshooting screen, and then you can select the best resolution for your TV.

I have tried that, I’ve used a different HDMI cord, different TV, made sure it’s plugged into the correct HDMI port on the Xbox.

I tried wiggling around multiple HDMi cables. For the problem TV+Xbox combo, the screen will go black if i wiggle it around enough. For the same HDMI cords on another TV nothing will happen - the connection will stay perfect. I just dont understand why
this is happening on all 3 HDMI ports on my TV.

I tried all that and after the reset I don’t have the flicking for now, but my screen is still grainy. I’ve tried 5 different HDMI cables and different hdmi ports on my tv. Thanks for the reply.

I’ve made sure of that and tried it on multiple TVs with multiple different cables. I even tried a different Xbox. The other Xbox showed up on the TV, and I unhooked it and used the same HDMI cable on mine but it wouldn’t come up.
