    My xbox is not calling, it will turn red when I call


    It switched on a second of green light and then the red light appears and it will not go out any more

    Red Power Supply Light

    My power supply light is red, I'm not sure why. I tried the steps in the thread about the lights , but the thing is it works on my living room xbox, and my garage xbox no problems; does not turn red or anything, and the consoles power up and work with no
    problems. When I plug it into the xbox on my desk though, it immediately turns red, and the xbox will not turn on at all. My other two power supplies do the same on this console.

    POWER BRICK HAS RED LIGHT

    My power brick is fine until I plug it into my Xbox console and when I do so it turn the LEDs red and won't turn on my Xbox

    I had the same problem. Xbox doesn't change Tv Input when turn it on. The little chromecast dit it! So it's time to have an red phone call between xbox and google!

    Hit detection is horrid, why won't they address it

    you can call it whatever you want. when where i'm aiming isn't where i'm hitting, i call it a hit detection problem. why then give me a little red dot if when that red dot is on someone's head it doesn't give headshots?

    XBL - auto renew

    Call Xbox Customer Support and ask for them to turn off your auto-renewal for your account, be prepared to answer questions regarding the account, for security purposes. At least they did that when I called in to turn off my auto-renewal.

    WHY I CANT CHANGE THE Automatic renewal OFF

    @ RED SHIFT1 - that's not right. You can turn auto renewal off under the My Account section now. Have been able to for the last few months.

    Calling support is still the most reliably method because even you get hit with an autorenewal glitch, they'll have a record of you calling in to turn it off and fix as required.
