My xbox is loop in update

Well yesterday I went on the configuration an saw an update so I clicked on it and then I did my chores, well the point is that when I came back the xbox was sleep (cause I have it to put sleep if 6hrs passes), but when I turnit on it was still on the
loading circle, so I went to sleep and when I wake up the xbox was still on the loading circle, I have good internet, so IDK whats the problem, but I cant turn the xbox with the controller, but I am afraid too unplug it, because it may corrupt my data and
my games, I know tou can update with an usb, but idk if it need first to be unplog or do some power brick cycle, but I am afraid of lossing my data, please help.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with an update. We recommend a

power cycle first then try and update again. If that doesn't work we recommend an
offline update.

it starts up at the applying update screen and my xbox restarts back to the applying update screen. Its basically stuck in a loop

Is there any other fix besides the offline system update because these updates are literally making my xbox one usable im stuck in a loop are there any other fixes?

And how am I supposed to update my Xbox when it's in an infinite loop of errors E101 and E106 because the startup is damaged?

Im also having the same issue as well, the new xbox prieview skip ahead update 1810 corrupted my update now it's stuck in an update loop I've also reached out to Xbox support on Xbox and still haven't herd back
