    My xbox is just broken.


    Sup. I tried to install yakuza kiwami in my pc.. but after some time i needed to turn of my computer when the game was still installing , in the other day when i tried to open the Xbox he was just in a black screen. I tried EVERYTHING i even desinstalled
    the goddam XBOX but when i open the setup THE SETUP CRASHES when i put to dowload. im so confused and i will try to reboot all my pc just to open the goddam app. can somebody help ?

    Hi there o welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. You might want to try the following:

    Press Windows button + R and insert in (powershell -command "Start-Process notepad $env:windir\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" -Verb runas)

    Then delete anything that has to do with "mojang"

    Probably not the advice you where hoping for, but your best bet might be to reinstall minecraft as it sounds like a local issue.

    WORST Xbox Support from a LAUNCH DAY ONE CONSOLE - I can't get help!

    Sorry, I received a broken controller with my Xbox One and the replacement was also broken.

    It is a personal preference to just purchase a new one.

    However, I am seeing that MANY people are receiving broken controllers from MS. Because of that, yes, they should take care of the issue.

    Following that logic, we should go and tell everyone with a broken console to "Just go out and buy a new one and not bother Microsoft". It's horrible advice.

    Microsoft should take care of the broken equipment I paid for. Period.
