My Xbox is having troubles with internet

Hi since the last week or so I have been playing far cry 5 and far cry 3 but I decided to play destiny 2 and when I started loading in to the character selection I suddenly got disconnected from Xbox live, I've been like this the entire week even tho I can play connected with Ethernet cable I can't use the such cable and the problem goes on any game even single player ones and I don't know how to fix this. I have a Xbox one S and I want to play games

These 2 steps down might help you.

Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

If that doesn't work I recommend calling your ISP and asking to open these ports.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to put the IP of the console in the DMZ zone, if you need additional ports this function will take care of that.

Quick update changing internet solves the problem for a short while like 30 minutes and then keeps with the same problem
