My xbox is having connectivity issues with my router

that used to happen to me, but that was because the wall that is between the modem and the console is more rigid than the other walls of my house, what i did was to buy another router and I use to increase the power of the main wifi modem

I have restarted my router multiple times, my phone and other mobile devices do not have an issue connecting via Wifi, nor does my PC via ethernet, my xbox is the only device having this issue, we have tried "whitelisting" it on our network but with the issue comes the fact that the xbox says its connected to the router, but out router settings says there is no such device connected.

I've implemented all of your suggestions but it appears I am not seeing any improvement.

It is bizarre because on my XBOX it shows 3 bars when connecting to my router, but when I go to my router it does not show my xbox as one of my connected devices.

I have multiple phones, etc. running to my router and am having no issues. Only the XBOX is the issue.

I am having the same issue. I have restarted my Xbox with these instructions, my modem and my router to no avail. I cannot get a network connection OR Xbox Live connection. I have gone and looked at my Router settings and nothing shows that it is screening
out my Xbox.

Help!
