    my XBox is gone!


    My XBox has disappeared! I want it back! But in the Store I read: you are the owner! That I know, but where is it? When I click on 'install' downloading starts, but is remains downloading. Please help me.

    My Xbox Profile is gone!!!!

    Under Storage it says my Hard Drive and Cloud Saved Games. Under Hard Drive it says I have 0 KB through all applications.

    I also tried removing the hard drive and putting it back in but nothing changed.

    Thanks for the suggestion

    My Xbox Profile is gone!!!!

    My console froze so I shut it off, unplugged it, waited the full minute until replugged it back in and turned it on.

    Now my xbox live profile is gone, it says I have no memory for games, avatars, etc, will say 'sorry xbox live profiles cannot be downloaded right now, error code: 8007045D' and will not let me clear my system cache to try to restart the download for my existing
    xbox profile.

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Please dont post your email on the forums. Secondly did you try calling xbox support about the problem and did you try resting your password. These two things will help you get your account back.
