    My Xbox is dead, black screen after reset


    Hi guys, my console Xbox one s suddenly turned off when it was upgrading. Then I was doing reset and it turned off again. Now I have black screen, console is working but does care about clicking button for off, I have to push it for 5 seconds. It can't go in safe mode, so I can't reset it : (. What can I do for it ?Xbox is working for one minute then turns off

    Feb 15 update gives black screen

    I was playing Dead or Alive 5 the game froze my xbox (that's been happening to everyone though). I hard reset my X1, it loaded back up Xbox logo then black screen. Hard reset same thing, unplug everything take out the game same thing. This is ridiculous.

    Exactly my problem i cannot even access the troubleshoot menu by holding down the 3 buttons... It's totally dead. (Sometimes it try to start but it stuck in the green screen and after some time it become black, but most of the time just black screen/no signal),
