My xbox is crazy

Well, since I bought my Xbox One has been turning off while I watch youtube or play games, it doesn't happens every cerain time it's just like an rko, out of nowhere xd. I need help I don't know if it has something to be related but a week later I used a
usb on the Xbox. PLEASE I NEED HELP THERE IS NO LIVE SUPPORT DURING HOLIDAYS PLEASE HELP ME

my xbox has been strange lately, even without me doing nothing, or even just as I turn on the console, it just starts flashing the on symbol like when you open the tray, but it just does nothing, when i open the xbox dashboard it even says opening, but just
nothing happens, when i press "A" it works as usual and closes the tray and starts reading the disc, if I open it manually it opens as usual but it's been a problem, because when i play a disc game, it quits the game, and acts like if the tray is opening but
it does not open and just quitted the game, it started to happen randomly but now i just saw that as soon as i turn on the console, without touching the console's open tray button, it happens what should i do to repair this?

This seems to me as a hardware issue with your disc driver. I suggest you to send your console for repairs: Xbox One : Warranty and service
