And someone told me it might be my interent but I can use Netflix,internet explorer, and youtube just fine on the xbox

"Help" I can use all my apps like netflix, YouTube and everything but when I go to play a game online it say your connection was lost!! But when I go back to the dashboard everything is fine!

I just started having same issue.

NAT shows unavailable. All XBOX services unavailable.

Network connection says good. Multiplayer connection says good. It says I'm cconnected to XBox Live.

I've done multiple resets, starting with normal ones, then after 4 of those, I unplugged power cord from both XBOX and my WiFi Modem (I'm just using a WiFi modem, no router). I left it unplugged about 10 mins.

Plug it back in.

Ran the tests, they stilll say everything is good.

I did the trick I saw on YouTube, after multiplayer test, all triggers and bumpers, and it says I'm behind a port-restricted NAT.

My internet works on other devices without any issue at all, including the laptop I'm using to write this message, my phone, and my roommates PS4 that we use to watch netflix in the front room. All of that works fine.

Can someone report what is going on here? It's impossible to find any info addressing it on XBOX support. Help?

Yes, this peace of 💩 have wifi problems from day one. Xbox one on the same place, never had a issue, but this one have much worse WiFi antena. But this is not problem in consoles wifi or my wifi router.

Console is connected on internet, and i can watch YouTube and Netflix on it,i can open Store...all on wifi.

Problem is with Microsoft account.

When i use cable to connect it, it works fine, but for some reason not on wifi.

Your college tried to help me here, few days ago... But it didn't work.

I have restarted console few time totally... installed all from scratch.

Nothing helped.

So restarting modem and console won't work....if you have any other solution, please feel free to suggest it

I started my Xbox up today and there was an update. So I downloaded the update and went back to doing what I was going to do, watching some stuff using the Youtube app. Suddenly, around 7 minutes into the vid, the video stops, I get kicked from Youtube and
a message comes up that says I've been disconnected from Xbox Live. I get told to reset my router and test my Xbox Live connection. I do this and I get told my Xbox is connected to my wifi, the internet but not to Xbox Live. I run the troubleshooting and it
suggests I configure network and restore to factory defaults, then just reconnect to my wifi network. I do this and now it connects to the wifi but not the internet and tells me I have an internet problem (clearly, as I'm typing this up on my computer and
have checked the troubleshooting page again on my phone) and I get the 8015190E error code, which when I looked that up, it says that is an error with the cloud. Now after trying to reset my router again, I am told I can connect to the wifi, not the internet,
but my Xbox can tell me which features of live are currently running with no problems and which are having issues (Live connectivity is fine, apparently, just not at my house). How it can tell this without being able to connect to the internet, I have no idea.
My live account is accessible on this website, everything else in the house is working fine on the internet. What is going on?
