Depuis un jour, j'essaye de connecter ma xbox one au xbox live, mais sans succès, pourtant quand j'effectue le test de connexion réseau, on m'indique que tout est parfait. de temps en temps, la connexion au xbox live revient, mais impossible de jouer en
ligne. J'ai joint le support par chat, et j'ai parlé environ 5 d'entre eux, et j'ai essayé toutes les possibilité, mais aucune issue (Cycle d'energie, adresse ip, passerelle, adresse MAC....). Merci de votre aide.

Xbox Live - Failed

Help when i test my xbox live connection it reads as follows

Network - Connected

Internet - Connected

Xbox live - Failed

More info says

Your console is connected to the internet but cant contact to xbox live

Any ideas guys

My xbox one can't connect to xbox live

Hello!

My xbox one is connected to internet but not to xbox live.. This issue started yesterday. I tried disconnecting the router and the xbox as in previous discussions but nothing worked. I connected the xbox to my mobile connection also and didn't work. Everytime
i test my internet connection, the xbox one says: its all good. But still not connected to xbox live. Most of my games are dowsnloaded from the store so I can't access them... What shall I do?

i have time warner cable internet and my xbox live connection isnt working. My home wireless and ethernet work perfectly, but whenever i try to connect my Xbox to live, it says that i am connected to the internet, but that it cant connect to xbox live

I cannot get signed on to Xbox live at all. It just keeps directing me to my settings, my internet works, I am connected to the internet but it won't connect with xbox live

Thank you. None of that works. It sees my router,The connection test confirms I am connected but somehow Xbox Live Services says I am not connected to internet even though the internet connection test says I am.

I am having a problem my xbox 360 was connecting to the internet but no xbox live content. so I did gemertag recovery now xbox 360 is working perfect but my xbox one is now connecting to the internet but no xbox live content and there is no option to recover
gamertag at this stage on xbox one so now I am stuck.
