My xbox is "broken"

After last update my xbox has so many bugs, my games just dont loading normali, sometimes i can't

start them for reason "game is launching too long, please try it

again" or somelike this .... example in BF1 in results after one game i

can't see anything, all is black, don't see my rank or only background. I can't

change my colour in my xbox in profile or is settings, when i in "xbox

avatar" make screenshot and set it as my gamerpic i can't see him on my

profile even i restart xbox .... that update mess up with my xbox, what i have

to do ?? :/ (sorry for my english, just school education)

my xbox is on a constant moderate nat type?

my brother is well and perfect online he has a open nat type all the time and gets host. we have a 80mb download speed and a 18mb upload so it cant be that either :/ this is my xbox?

If it's still within warranty, you can
schedule a repair and send it in to Microsoft.

Let's have you try to do a console refresh, meaning let's have you reset the console to factory defaults, but keep your games and apps.

Here is the steps to do that. You will need to sign into your profile again, but let us know if that helps!
