My xbox is blasting my speakers with static

We understand that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox. There could be several possible causes for this issue. One possible cause could be a loose or damaged audio cable. 1. Have you tried connecting your Xbox to a different set of speakers to see if the issue persists?

2. Did you recently update your Xbox or change any settings before the issue occurred?

4. Have you checked the audio settings on your Xbox to ensure they are configured correctly?

5. Is the static coming from all audio sources on your Xbox or just specific games or apps?

In the meantime, have you tried adjusting the volume on your Xbox? Sometimes, the volume may be set too high, causing distortion and static. You can adjust the volume by going to the settings menu on your Xbox and selecting "Display & Sound." From there, you can adjust the volume to a level that is comfortable for you.



If adjusting the volume doesn't solve the issue, it's possible that there may be a problem with the audio settings on your Xbox. You can try resetting the audio settings to their default values by following these steps:

You can buy a ground loop isolator for $7 on Amazon. It will negate all static. I used this to remove static from my car speakers. If none of the other answers work, it's a cheap and reliable fix.

Sorry guys,

I found the problem, that is i put the mic near the outer speaker, and even the audio is switched to my headphone, the static is still coming out from the speaker and thats why it created the issue. I distanced the mic from speaker and the issue is gone.

Yep, same problem here. I've been playing Destiny 2 and I never hear any static while playing but as soon as I go to the dashboard I hear awful static, crackling, popping ect. Both through my headset and my TV speakers.
