My xbox is black screening.

I was playing my Xbox when I had to change my controller's battery, but it wouldn't reconnect. Then, when I tried to turn my Xbox off and back on, the screen would stay black and in order to turn the Xbox off I have to hold the power button for about 5 seconds.
The disc tray works and it makes all of the sounds, but the screen is black. I left it unplugged all night and this morning I plugged it back up and it did the same thing. I've waited about 10 minutes at the black screen like the Xbox support page says, but
nothing has changed.

My 250GB slim has taken to black screening with Tekken. When I try and launch it reads the game and then goes to black screen and just sits there not spinning the disc or anything. The Guide still works, but I can't select Play Game (it's greyed out) and
if I try and Dashboard it freezes. If I reboot it works. Usually it happens just as I've booted the console. CoD4 which is really old and TTT2 are the only 2 games to give my Xbox problems. Thing's not even 2 years old (both games are installed).

And on a side note, good luck trying to sell an Xbox One to me based on your previous performance MS

I'm not exactly sure of what's going on with your xbox 360 console, but I do have a couple recommendations.

I say try to head over to the storage and hover over your harddrive and pess Y and clear your cache, because that can be the problem.

I also recommend cleaning the disk, as there can be a problem with the disc.
