    My xbox is behaving strange


    It says I need to connect to the wifi, the wifi is perfect.

    But it still won't let me play any online multiplayer games, I've checked the xbox services and everything is fine there and cannot "finish" tests such as multiplayer and remote play. I think it's a server issue but nothing is being said about it and yes I have restarted it many times even clearing out local saved data

    Does your phone have a hotspot? Connect the console to the phone's hotspot and see if it makes a difference.

    Additional information is needed, please tell me:

    What console do you have?

    Do you know if your headset received an update recently?

    Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?

    Before restarting the console, did you tried re-pairing the headset to see if the same happens?

    And also, when you say "restart", do you mean power cycling the console or rebooting using the console guide / power options?

    If its the second try power cycling the console instead:

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
