    My Xbox is banned


    I bought a 500 GB Blue edition Xbox One S as used on a website called “LetGo” for $140 by a guy named Sammy Sosa. I came home hours later to hooked it up everything seemed ok but the
    guy had 23 different accounts so I started to worry. Then I went to pins where it said you can recover your pins when you connect to Xbox live(I tried to sign my account in first but it wouldn’t let me). I pressed the pins went to network,
    connected, and then it said your console/device is banned come visit our website blah blah blah.
    So I went to Microsoft services and talked to a guy and said to come here. I’m a sportsmanlike gamer that doesn’t cheat or anything I just wanted to get back to playing my account is if you don’t believe me. I just want to play
    man.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    my xbox got banned

    My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

    Once a console is banned, it cannot be unbanned. You would have to contact the person you bought it from for a refund.

    i was console banned because the person i was gamesharing with was being racist on his xbox and just because it was on my xbox my xbox was banned

    so ur telling me i cant un ban my xbox because the other persons account on my xbox was banned my console was banned i was never on that account it was on the xbox when i got it

    So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
    with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

    Why is my Console banned?

    Hi everyone,

    I recently received a xbox one console from a third party, I tried connecting it to my account and it says “this console is banned from xbox network”. Hardware on xbox is in tact and it hasn’t been tempered with, console was never opened. I would like to connect it to my account. My account is clean of any suspensions or bans, Is there a possibility to remove that ban from my console?
    To be clear the console doesn't have to be opened to be banned to get a console ban, the original owner may have done something on Xbox Live, for example hate speech etc. Microsoft issued a temporary ban, the original owner didn't learn their lesson and kept on doing the same thing, the bans would hve been issued until finally they got a console ban.
