My xbox is allowing me to log in.

Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert. Looks like the service alert has been resolved.
Please power cycle your console and

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

power cycle your console (option with the power cord removal) and see if it is back to normal when it comes up.

If you continue to have issues in relation to your password, we'd recommend using the Lost Password Solution to either change or recover
your password.

Try callign xbox support, these guy on the forums can help you too. but if you can't wait on the forums call xbox support they handle billing and accounting, something you need. If they cant help you which i debut they can't, just come back here on the forums
and check the status of your post. Hope this help you.
