My Xbox is acting weird from the newest update June

Can someone please help me ? My game won’t start modern warfare at all, I downloaded fortnite last night to see if it works and it didn’t, i keep getting the error code “this game has took too long to start”. But GTA is different. It loads up but it moves
very slow, my phone takes forever to come up, the game takes longer than usual to load into story mode, my graphics won’t load up, it takes a while and I’m seeing invisible buildings and concrete, and my GTA has large frame drops, I need help. So i tried deleting
my account from my console and when i tried downloading my account back, it said “signin took too long to start”. It wouldnt let me sign into my account, my heart sunk, so i went onto xbox app and connect my phone to my console, which results in an auto signin
and it worked but the same things still kept happening, ive cleared my cache multiple times, ive turned my console off and cleared cache that way multiple times and the same things are happening, i can only play gta and minecraft and those are the only games
on my console currently with modern warfare, which i cant play, and this all happened after this new xbox update, can someone please help me im begging, i cant afford to buy a new console at this time of life

yea mine has been acting up to like some games do not want to connect online which is weird.

It may be an known issue check the patch notes he may have some troubleshooting methods

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue what with the console acting weird like that when you connect it.

To be honest, that behavior sounds super weird and may be due to a hardware issue. However, if it isn't, maybe a rollback to the newest console update might help resolve this problem. When you get a controller, if the console continues acting peculiar, then
try maybe following Solution 7 on our support page entitled
How to get a new Xbox 360 update.

When and if you get a chance, give that step a shot and let us know if that helped in resolving what's going on with the console.

That fixed it!! The weird thing is, ever since the latest update my wireless (on xbox) has been acting up... I wonder if it is just my adapter :\
