I have an issue with the xbox app its been going on for two weeks now when i get in the xbox app its always asking me to sign in as soon as i sign in the app crashes and it doesn’t let me log in

Please try this to see if that does the trick:

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and give it a new try

Hi I just got a new pc and I can't sign into my xbox app. It keeps signing me into a different account that I never seen before and when I sign out and try signing back in it auto signs me into that account again. I have deleted the app and reset it as well and nothing helps . I'm also signed into the Microsoft app store, and email with the right account its just the app that don't wont. Is there anything I can do?
